CNC MILLING
Laser Additive Solutions operates a Hurco VMX42i 3+2 Axis CNC Vertical Milling Machine, providing precision machining capabilities for a wide range of metal materials and complex component geometries. Our in-house CNC milling facilities enable us to manufacture precision components, machine critical features and perform post-processing operations on Laser Welded, Laser Cladded and Metal 3D-Printed parts.

BANDSAW CUTTING
Laser Additive Solutions operates a Karmetal 400KDG Automatic Horizontal Bandsaw, providing efficient and accurate metal cutting for a wide range of materials and component geometries. Our automatic bandsaw enables us to prepare raw materials, cut components to size and support our in-house manufacturing and post-processing operations.
Our bandsaw offers the following maximum cutting capacities:
- Square: 400 mm × 400 mm
- Round: 400 mm Diameter
- Rectangular: 400 mm × 500 mm

SHOT BLASTING
Laser Additive Solutions offers in-house sandblasting and surface preparation services to clean, prepare and finish metal components. Our sandblasting equipment has internal dimensions of 1,210 mm × 570 mm × 600 mm, allowing us to process a wide range of component sizes and geometries. This capability supports our laser welding, laser cladding and metal additive manufacturing services, providing an efficient solution for component cleaning and surface finishing.
