OUR WELD TESTING CAPABILITIES
We use our in-house laboratory to rapidly validate our weld quality including examining for porosity and to measure weld bead size and the Heat Affected Zone, HAZ. We, also, test component repairs and laser cladding coatings using colour contrast Dye Penetrant Testing. We don't offer testing as a sole service to customers.
We, also, work with trusted subcontractors to meet all testing requirements including Mechanical Testing, Hardness Testing, X-Ray, Magnetic Particle and all others.
